We are searching for a professional patient coordinator who has EXCELLENT communication skills and LOVES to learn and talk to people to join our rapid growing team of dental professionals!
The perfect candidate will be the first person our patients and new patients will interact with. They will ensure the delivery of professional, high-quality service when interacting with patients while always exceeding patients’ expectations.
This is a full-time position working approximately 30-39 hours per week.
Primary Job Functions:
- Coordinate, confirm, and follow up with appointments
- Answer phone calls and messages
- Coordinate patient's care, and experience in their interactions with our practice
- Register patient information; data entry of basic demographics and insurance information
Experience / Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
- Positive and professional attitude
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn
- Hospitality, Hotel management welcome
- DENTAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
